| Behaviour |
Arboreal. Diurnal. Mate for life, living in small monogamous groups. Very agile and capable of leaping as much as 10 metres between branches. Locally known as "flying monkeys". There is a striking colour difference between males and females. Such pronounced sexual dichromatism is rare in primates. |
