Notes to Applicants:

 

1. Participants should be aware of their health condition, and consider whether it is suitable for them to enrol in this Games.  In case of doubt, please consult a doctor prior to the enrolment of activity.
2. Applicants/teams may perform any schools of Tai Chi Chuen/Sword in the competition but they have to indicate the name of school to be performed in the enrolment form clearly.
3. Participants/teams must perform in the school specified in their enrolment forms, and amendment on site is not allowed.  Those who wish to change the participating school must submit their application in writing to the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) on or before 17 July.
4. Each applicant may enrol in a maximum of one individual event and one team event.  To facilitate the ballot arrangement, the applicant should submit separate enrolment forms for individual and team events with declarations.
5. Each applicant should submit only one enrolment form for individual and team event.  In case of multiple submissions or has submitted an incomplete enrolment form, all enrolment forms submitted by the applicant will not be entertained.
6. For better resource utilisation, the LCSD reserves the right to adjust the quota for each division with reference to the enrolment response.  The applicants/ participants should have no objection.
7. If the number of participants/teams enrolled in any division is less than two, the LCSD reserves the right to cancel the event in that division.
