Only the Chinese and English name of the participants / teams will be disclosed for the balloting results. |

Notification letters will be sent separately to the successful applicants and applicants on the waiting list. Unsuccessful applicants will not be notified. |

Successful applicants must bring along their notification letters, identity documents (original or copy) and entry fees to the District Leisure Services Offices of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) (in office hours) or any recreational and sports venues with Leisure Link services for verification of personal particulars and payment of entry fees within the following period.

Successful applicants who fail to pay the required fees within the specified period will be regarded as waiving their rights. The remaining quota will go to the applicants on the waiting list who should enrol within the specified period on a first-come-first-served basis. |

If there are still places after the payment due date for the applicants on the waiting list, or the number of submitted application is less than the regular quota, these places will be opened to the general public for enrolment on the "Date of Open Enrolment for Remaining Quota" at all District Leisure Services Offices on a first-come-first-served basis. |
