Enrolment method
Interested organisations can browse Games Highlights for the remaining quota, then download the enrolment form from the LCSD website and return the completed enrolment form to the Major Events Section of the LCSD by mail or fax.
The first round of enrolment was ended on 25 November 2013 (Monday).
In case of oversubscription, the successful and waiting lists of participating organisations will be decided by ballot. However, if the champion of last year’s event enrols in the event again, it will be accepted automatically.
The ballot for the first round of enrolment was held at 6 pm on 3 December 2013 (Tuesday) at the Audio-Visual Room, 1/F, Leisure and Cultural Services Headquarters. Successful organisations were notified of the payment arrangements by email.
If there are still places available after the payment deadline for the first round of enrolment, we will inform the organisations of the payment arrangements according to their order on the waiting list.
After the whole waiting list has been exhausted, if there are places remaining in certain events, we will continue to accept enrolment until the deadline for paying the entry fees of that particular event on a first-come-first-served basis.
Second round of enrolment
If there are still places remaining in certain events after the first round of enrolment, we will continue to accept enrolment until the deadline for paying the entry fees of particular event on a first-come-first served basis (please browse Games Highlights or Details of Competition Events).
