(A) Title Sponsorship for the Games
HK$500,000
in cash
The whole Games including all the 14 competition events and the Grand Prize Presentation Ceremony
  1. The sponsor will have the exclusive right to sponsor the Games including all the 14 competition events and the Grand Prize Presentation Ceremony.

  2. The Games will be named after the sponsor's company name.

  3. The sponsor will be acknowledged on the following publicity materials -
    1. the related printed materials for Corporate Games 2006, including
      1. publicity poster;
      2. publicity banner;
      3. publicity leaflet,
      4. event banner for each sports competition event;
      5. prospectus for each competition event;
      6. prizes/certificates to the winners for each competition event;
    2. the programme pamphlet of the Grand Prize Presentation Ceremony of Corporate Games 2006; and
    3. the website of Corporate Games 2006


  4. The sponsor will be entitled to display two banners (10 m x 1 m) and two billboards (smaller than 0.7 m x 1.7 m) on the promotion of the company / its products in each venue of the Games when the events of the Games are taking place.

  5. Representative(s) of the sponsor will be invited to attend at the Grand Prize Presentation Ceremony of Corporate Games 2006.
Remarks: In case two or more organisations are interested in the Title Sponsorship for the Games, the sponsorship will be allocated by ballot.

Totally 14 competition events, including :

Swimming / Track & Field / Distance Run / Indoor Rowing /
Badminton / Table Tennis /
Tennis / 7-a-side Mini-soccer / 11-a-side Soccer /
Volleyball / Basketball /
Snooker / Tenpin Bowling /
Dynamic Moments Photo Contest.
  1. The sponsor will have the exclusive right to sponsor the individual event.

  2. The sponsored event will be named after the sponsor's company name.

  3. The sponsor will be acknowledged on the following publicity materials -
    1. the related printed materials for Corporate Games 2006, including
      1. publicity poster;
      2. publicity banner;
      3. publicity leaflet,
      4. event banner for the sponsored event;
      5. prospectus for the sponsored event;
      6. prizes/certificates to the winners for the sponsored event;
    2. the programme pamphlet of the Grand Prize Presentation Ceremony of Corporate Games 2006; and
    3. the website of Corporate Games 2006


  4. Remarks: In case two or more organisations are interested in the Title Sponsorship for the same event, the sponsorship will be allocated by ballot.

Dynamic Moments Photo Contest
  1. The sponsor will be acknowledged on the following publicity materials-
    1. event banner for the sponsored event ;
    2. prospectus for the sponsored event ;
    3. leaflet,
    4. the programme pamphlet of the Grand Prize Presentation Ceremony of Corporate Games 2006; and
    5. the website of Corporate Games 2006.


  2. The sponsor will be entitled to display one banner (4 m x 1 m) on the promotion of the company / its product in the competition venue(s) when the sponsored event is taking place. (The sponsor of the Dynamic Moments Photo Contest will be entitled to display the banner at the Grand Prize Presentation Ceremony of Corporate Games 2006).

  3. Representative(s) of the sponsor will be invited to attend the Prize Presentation Ceremony of Corporate Games 2006.

Remarks: Sponsorship from tobacco or liquor companies will not be accepted. All sponsorship in kind must correspond with the theme and spirit of the event.
