Types of Sponsorship for the Corporate Games 2005

Event Title Sponsorship	HK$100,000 in cash	Totally 16 competition events, including : Swimming / Track & Field / Squash / Badminton / Table Tennis / 11-a-side Soccer / Tennis / 7-a-side Mini-soccer / Distance Run / Snooker / Volleyball / Indoor Rowing / Basketball / Orienteering / Tenpin Bowling / Dynamic Moments Photo Contest.	1. The sponsor will have the exclusive right to sponsor the individual event. 2. The sponsored event will be named after the sponsor's company name. 3. The sponsor will be acknowledged on the following publicity materials - (a) the related printed materials, including the event prospectus, banners and prizes of the sponsored event; (b) the publicity booklet or programme of the Opening Ceremony of the Corporate Games 2005; (c) the programme of the Grand Prize Presentation Ceremony of the Corporate Games 2005; and (d) the website of the Corporate Games 2005. 4. The sponsor will be entitled to display two banners (10 m x 1 m) and two billboards (smaller than 0.7 m x 1.7 m) on the promotion of the company / its products in the competition venue when the sponsored event is taking place. (The sponsor of the Dynamic Moments Photo Contest will be entitled to display the banners and billboards at the Opening Ceremony and the Grand Prize Presentation Ceremony of the Corporate Games 2005). 5. Representative(s) of the sponsor will be invited to attend the Grand Prize Presentation Ceremony of the sponsored event to present prizes to winners. 6. Representative(s) of the sponsor will be invited to attend the Opening Ceremony and the Grand Prize Presentation Ceremony of the Corporate Games 2005.
Partial Sponsorship (Competition Events)	HK$5,000 or above in cash or in kind	Competition events including : Swimming / Track & Field / Distance Run / Squash / Snooker / Indoor Rowing / Orienteering / Tenpin Bowling / Dynamic Moments Photo Contest	1. The sponsor will be acknowledged on the following publicity materials- (a) the prospectus of the sponsored event; (b) the event banner of the sponsored event; (c) the booklet or programme of the Opening Ceremony of the Corporate Games 2005; (d) the programme of the Grand Prize Presentation Ceremony of the Corporate Games 2005; and (e) the website of the Corporate Games 2005. 2. The sponsor will be entitled to display one banner (4 m x 1 m) on the promotion of the company / its product in the competition venue when the sponsored event is taking place. (The sponsor of the Dynamic Moments Photo Contest will be entitled to display the banner at the Opening Ceremony and the Grand Prize Presentation Ceremony of the Corporate Games 2005). 3. Representative(s) of the sponsor will be invited to attend the Opening Ceremony and the Grand Prize Presentation Ceremony of the Corporate Games 2005.

Partial Sponsorship (Opening Ceremony)	$5,000 or above in cash or drinks with the same value (Minimum quantity of drinks:1 500 tetras/cans/bottles)	Drinks	Sponsor for drinks -   The sponsor for drinks will be entitled to set up 3 distribution points at the venue of the Opening Ceremony on the event day. Two beach umbrellas bearing the name of the sponsor's company / product can be displayed at each distribution point.
	$5,000 or above in cash or Sports Caps with a minimum quantity of 600 pieces	Sports Caps	Sponsor for sun hats -   Sponsor's logo in a size no larger than 2cm x 2cm can be printed on the front of the sun hats.
	$5,000 or above in cash or souvenirs with the same value	Prizes for Quiz Games	Sponsors for prizes of the Quiz Games -   Sponsors will be invited to present prizes to winners in the Opening Ceremony of the Corporate Games 2005.
	$5,000 or above in cash or prizes with the same value	Prizes for Sports Fun Competition	Sponsor for the Sports Fun Competition -   The event will be named after the sponsor.
			Other benefits/acknowledgements - 1. The sponsor will be acknowledged on the following publicity materials - (a) the booklet or programme of the Opening Ceremony of theCorporate Games 2005; (b) the programme of the Grand Prize Presentation Ceremony of the Corporate Games 2005; and (c) the website of the Corporate Games 2005. 2. Representative(s) of the sponsor will be invited to attend the Opening Ceremony and the Grand Prize Presentation Ceremony of the Corporate Games 2005.

Remarks:	In case two or more organisations are interested in the Title Sponsorship for the same event, the sponsorship will be allocated by ballot.
	Sponsorship from tobacco or liquor companies will not be accepted. All sponsorship in kind must correspond with the theme and spirit of the event.
