--Enrolment method--

Organisations interested in participating in the Games should make online enrolment through the LCSD website, or download the enrolment form from the LCSD website and return the completed form to the Major Events Section of the LCSD by mail or fax on or before 12 July 2005 (Tuesday).

--Deadline for the first round of enrolment--

--Ballot--

For oversubscribed events, the list of participating organisations will be decided by ballot. However, if the champion of last year's event enrols in the event again, it will be accepted automatically without going through ballot. The ballot will be held on 19 July 2005 (Tuesday) at 3:00 p.m. at Audio-Visual Room, 1/F, Leisure and Cultural Services Headquarters. Representatives of organsations are welcome to attend. Successful organisations will be notified of the payment arrangements by mail.

--Deadline for the second round of enrolment--

If there are places remaining in individual events after the deadline for the first round of enrolment, we will continue to accept enrolment until the deadline for the payment of entry fees (please refer to the prospectus of specific events for the exact dates).
