Payment and Activity Arrangement:
1. Fees are charged on a per activity/course basis.  (Note: Special schools will enjoy a 50% fee concession)
2. Guided Tours to Sports Venues, Sport Talks and Sport Demonstration
Cheques in payment for the activities together with completed enrolment forms should be sent to the School Sports Programme Unit of the LCSD by post (Address: 1/F, Leisure and Cultural Services Headquarters, 1-3 Pai Tau Street, Sha Tin) before the deadline.
3. Easy Sport Programme and Outreach Coaching Programme
Cheques in payment for the activities together with completed enrolment forms should be sent to the School Sports Programme Unit of the LCSD by post (Address: 1/F, Leisure and Cultural Services Headquarters, 1-3 Pai Tau Street, Sha Tin) before the deadline.  Please note that a separate cheque is required for each activity for dispatch to the respective NSA.  If a school uses one enrolment form to apply for more than one course, a separate cheque for each course should be submitted together with the form.
4. Joint Schools Sports Training Programme
Students have to be assessed and recommended by their coaches or teachers before their enrolment.  They have to pay the enrolment fee in their own capacity through their schools.
5. The LCSD will fax an acknowledgement of receipt to the school within one week upon receipt of the enrolment form and the cheque(s).  The school concerned may contact the staff of the LCSD at 2601 7602 if it does not receive such an acknowledgement two weeks after its application is submitted.
6.

If the respective NSAs or the LCSD cannot organize the activities as scheduled, the cheque(s) submitted will be returned to the schools concerned.

7. If any school withdraws its application after the LCSD and the NSA concerned have arranged coach(es) to conduct course(s) under the Easy Sport Programme and the Outreach Coaching Programme as applied, the NSA concerned will deduct an administrative fee from the enrolment fee and return the balance to the school direct.
8. When an activity has been arranged as scheduled, the LCSD will issue a confirmation letter to the school.  The school concerned should fax the return slip to the LCSD according to the date specified in the letter to confirm the arrangement.  The NSA concerned will then issue an official receipt to the school by post.
9. A copy of the “Students/Coach Attendance Record” should be retained and faxed to the LCSD (Fax No.: 2684 9076) within one week on completion of the course.
10. If an assessment has been arranged for an activity for the award of badges, the results of the assessment should be retained and faxed to the LCSD.
11. For details about individual sports, please refer to the respective prospectuses.  If new programmes are introduced under the SSP, updates will be sent to schools and uploaded onto the webpage on School Sports Programme in the LCSD website (http://www.lcsd.gov.hk).  For further enquiries, please contact the SSP Unit of the LCSD at 2601 7602 or e-mail to the staff of the LCSD at ssp@lcsd.gov.hk.
