Schools participating in the SSP are required to arrange their own venues except for activities including athletics, canoeing, rowing, windsurfing and sports climbing as well as training courses under the Joint Schools Sports Training Programme. Schools should use their own venues as far as practicable, or they may apply for free use of the arena, activity rooms, squash courts, etc at the nearby LCSD sports centres between 7 am and 5 pm from Monday to Friday (except public holidays, July and August) under the Free-Use Scheme of the LCSD.
