the CSC should obtain prior consent from the LCSD and NSA before accepting any sponsorship;

the LCSD's image and integrity as a public body will not be jeopardized;

the sponsorship shall cover part of the programme expenses;

the CSC should not accept any sponsorship from tobacco or liquor companies for any of the subsidized programmes organized for young people under the age of 18;

the CSC should not accept any sponsorship from tobacco companies for any of the subsidized programmes for adult aged 18 and over;

the LCSD has the discretionary power to refuse any sponsorship;

the acceptance of sponsorship should not cause any embarrassment to the LCSD or the Government; and

CSC is required to report to LCSD via NSA of any donations/sponsorship made to the subvented programmes for publish in the half yearly LCSD magazine - the CSC Bulletin.
