Programmes applying for subsidies must meet the objectives of the CSC Project. Consideration should be given to the following for the granting of subsidies:

	endorsement of the proposed programmes by the respective NSAs;
	the comprehensiveness, creativity and feasibility of the programmes;
	the number of target participants;
	applicants' experience in organizing similar programmes;
	the availability of qualified coaches and volunteer helpers; and
	if the programmes have already been included in the annual forecast submitted to LCSD through NSA.
