The Community Sports Club (CSC) Programmes are the programmes organized by the CSCs which had joined the CSC Project (the Project). The Project is a partnership scheme co-organized by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department and National Sports Associations (NSA). It aims to enhance the development of sports and to raise the standard of sports at community level as well as to encourage a lifelong participation in sports. All the community sports clubs that have joined the Project are the members of their mother NSAs. The CSCs, formed and managed by volunteers, are non-profit making organizations. The expenditure on operation of the clubs will be shared by club members and participants of their training activities.
