It can be converted into 2 basketball courts/volleyball courts or 8 badminton courts. A multi-purpose activity room covering an area of 100 M2 is provided. | Lam Tin South Sports Centre Introduction | Lam Tin South Sports Centre, which was commissioned on 1 July 1994, is located at 170 Pik Wan Road, Lam Tin (near Kwong Ching House, Kwong Tin Estate). Covering an area of 3,500M2, it provides the local residents with a wide range of leisure facilities and offers an ideal venue for leisure activities. Moreover, the Sports Centre also organises various sports and recreation programmes each month for the public's participation. | Locate UsFacilities A multi-purpose arena covering an area of 1,301 M2 is provided. It can be converted into 2 basketball court/volleyball courts or 1 netball court (for booking by organisations only) or 8 badminton courts. There is a spectator stand with a seating capacity of 152. An activity room (large) covering an area of 126 M2 is provided. A variety of activities such as dancing, martial arts, table tennis, taekwondo and judo can be held. A fitness room covering area of 125 M2 is provided. It offers various kinds of fitness equipment. 6 squash courts are provided. They can be converted into table tennis rooms and 3 of the squash courts can also be converted into a multi-purpose activity room. | Lei Yue Mun Sports Centre Introduction | Lei Yue Mun Sports Centre, which was commissioned on 5 September 2000, is located on 2/F to 5/F of the Lei Yue Mun Municipal Services Building, Yau Tong. Covering an area of 2,328M2, it provides the local residents with a wide range of leisure facilities and offers an ideal venue for leisure activities. The Sports Centre has a comfortable environment with a panoramic sea view of the Lei Yue Mun Strait. Moreover, the Sports Centre also organises various kinds of sports and recreation programmes each month for the public's participation. | Locate UsFacilities A multi-purpose arena covering an area of 689M2 is provided. It can be converted into 1 basketball court/volleyball court or 4 badminton courts. An activity room (large) covering an area of 374M2 is provided. A variety of activities such as dancing, martial arts, table tennis, taekwondo, judo, indoor gateball and bowling can be held. A fitness room covering an area of 115M2 is provided. It offers different kind of fitness equipment. A sport climbing facility covering an area of 75M2 is provided. It offers a sport climbing wall (11m(H) x 9m(W)) for users with qualifications recognised by the relevant NSA. An activity room (small) covering an area of 62M2 with mirrors is provided. A variety of activities such as dancing and judo can be held. A Sanshou Training Hall covering an area of 340M2 is provided. The hall is equipped with a Sanshou platform, punching bags, speed punching bags and judo mats. It can serve as a professional training ground for the relevant NSAs and users with qualifications recognised by the NSAs. A table tennis room covering an area of 160M2 is provided. There are 3 table tennis tables for booking. An American pool room covering an area of 393M2 is provided. There are 2 American Pool Tables for booking. 2 squash courts are provided. They can be converted into table tennis rooms or a multi-purpose activity room. A children's play room covering an area of 150M2 is provided free of charge for children between the ages of 4 to 9 and not exceeding 142 CM in height. Covering an area of 33,000M2, it provides the local residents with a wide arrange of leisure facilities and offers an ideal venue for leisure activities. Moreover, the Sports Centre also organizes various sports and recreation programmes each month for the public's participation. | Locate UsFacilities A multi-purpose arena covering an area of 1,548M2 is provided. It can be converted into 2 basketball courts/netball courts or 8 badminton courts. A gymnastics training hall covering an area of 780M2 is provided. The hall is equipped with rings, horizontal bars, parallel bars, uneven bars, pommel horses, beams, vaulting tables and floor exercise mats. It serves as a professional training ground for the gymnasts of the Hong Kong team, local gymnastics organisations and schools. A fitness room covering an area of 120M2 is provided.
