Kai Tak East Sports Centre Introduction | An indoor Climbing Wall with a dimension of 7m in height and 50m in width is located in Kai Tak East Sports Centre (Address: 30 Luk Hop Street, San Po Kong, Kowloon, adjacent to Rhythm Garden). It has been open to the public from October 1999 after conversion from a squash court. |

Hire Charges Normal Rate - $47 per hour per room
Concessionary Rate* - $23.5 per hour per room
* Concessionary rate is applicable to full-time students and senior citizens aged 60 or above who use the facilities during non-peak hours, i.e. from opening to 5pm on days other than Saturdays, Sunday and public holidays. People with disabilities and minders of people with disabilities (limited to one minder) can enjoy the concessionary rate at all times. |
Conditions of Use 1. For individual use, only person holding a recognised and valid sport climbing training level 2 certificate or above issued by the National Sports Associations(NSAs), and accompanied by other person(s) with equivalent qualification or above may use the climbing walls.
2. For group use of the climbing walls, any user not holding a recognised and valid sport climbing training level 2 certificate or above issued by the NSAs should be accompanied by at least two other persons, one of whom must hold a sport climbing training level 2 certificate and the other one must hold a valid coach/instructor card.
