1. If a Leisure Link Patron (LLP)/Leisure Link Temporary Patron (LLTP) furnishes false information or fails to observe the Conditions of Use of Leisure Link System, the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) has the discretion to cancel his/her registration or suspend his/her registration for 6 months.
2. The LLTP registration is valid for 6 months. LLTPs may bring along their valid photo-bearing travel documents and apply to renew their registration/re-apply for registration before the expiry of the validity period.
3. Applicants under the age of 18 must have their application form signed by a parent or guardian.
4. Patron numbers and passwords are personal data and must be kept safely. Patrons are advised to change their passwords once every 3 months.
5. If there is any change of personal data, notification should be made in writing to the Leisure Link Telephone Services Centre (Address: 5M/F, Kwun Chung Municipal Services Building, 17 Bowring Street, Jordan, Kowloon, Hong Kong).
6. Leisure Link users (users) may book facilities or enroll in programmes through the Internet (website: http://leisurelink.lcsd.gov.hk), Leisure Link booking counters, self-service kiosks or the Leisure Link Telephone Services Centre during office hours on 2927 8080.
7. When booking facilities at any Leisure Link booking counter, users are required to produce identity documents (e.g. Hong Kong Identity Card, passport, re-entry permit, birth certificate or photo-bearing student card/handbook for children aged below 11) and proof of qualification (if necessary). Any applicant who makes a booking on behalf of another person is required to produce a copy of one of the above identity documents of that person. If there is a queue at the counter, each person may only make one booking and normally a maximum of 2 permits and/or a 2-hour session will be booked.
8. Users are required to provide their identity document number or patron number and password when booking facilities/enrolling in programmes; through the Internet, Leisure Link Telephone Services Centre or Self-service kiosks.
9. Users must abide by all the rules and/or conditions as stipulated in the booking procedures for use of recreational and sports facilities and holiday camps and the enrolment procedures for recreational and sports programmes, as the case may be.
10. Booking of recreational and sports facilities can be made within 30 days prior to the date of use. Enrolment in recreational and sports programmes will be accepted during the respective enrolment periods.
11. Bookings or enrolments will be accepted subject to the availability of the recreational and sports facilities and the number of places on the recreational and sports programmes.
12. Online booking/enrolment will be confirmed and no amendment/refund will be allowed once the online payment is made. Users may pay online by credit card (VISA or MasterCard) or through the PPS. They should print out the ¡§Acknowledgement¡¨ and produce it for checking before they use the facility/when they attend the first session of the programme.
13. Booking/enrolment will be confirmed immediately after an Octopus payment is made at a Leisure Link self-service kiosk.
14. Reservation/enrolment by telephone has to be made at least 3 days in advance (the day of telephone reservation/enrolment included) and confirmed by payment at least 1 day before the day of use/the start day of the programme. Users may confirm the reservation/enrolment by payment at the District Leisure Services Offices, booking counters or Leisure Link self-service kiosks. Unconfirmed reservation/enrolment will be cancelled automatically and the sessions/places will be released for booking/enrolment by others.
15. If any person fails to confirm his/her reservation/enrolment as stipulated in paragraph 14 above on more than two occasions within any period of 60 consecutive days, his/her right to use the Leisure Link telephone reservation service will be automatically suspended for 6 months.
16. The LCSD reserves the right to alter or amend the Conditions of Use of Leisure Link System at any time without giving any reason or prior notice.
