Telephone reservation service is available to holders of Hong Kong Identity Card and LCSD Leisure Link patrons.Telephone reservations are required to be confirmed by payment within three days (inclusive of the day making the telephone call). Hirer or his/her representative, with provision of the hirer's identification information, must confirm the reserved hour(s)/session(s) by paying the appropriate hire charges and collecting the permit(s)/acknowledgement(s) at any booking counters in leisure venues and DLSOs during their operating hours or at any self-service kiosks. Otherwise, the reservation(s) will be automatically cancelled and the reserved hour(s)/session(s) will be released for booking by others.

Telephone reservation for leisure facilities has to be made at least three days in advance and confirmed by payment at least one day before the day of use. For example, a hirer should make a reservation for 8 June by telephone not later than 5 June and confirm the reservation by payment at any booking counter or self-service kiosk on or before 7 June. Meanwhile, for telephone reservation over three days in advance, the arrangement that requires the hirer to confirm the booking by payment within three days inclusive of the day of reservation remains unchanged. Under the new arrangements, hirer can still make facility booking for less than three days in advance through Leisure Link counter service, internet booking service and self-service kiosks with immediate payment.

The operating hours of telephone booking service is as follows:-

  Monday to Friday Saturday Sunday and public holidays

Enquiry service 7:00 am - 9:00 pm
Operator-assisted booking and enrolment service 8:30 am - 5:45 pm Close
