「香港週2012 － 文化創意@ 台北」一連串展演節目，匯聚香港的藝術精英，於2012 年11 月23 日至12 月2 日期間閃亮登陸台北，向台灣觀眾展示香港的文化都會魅力，全方位推動兩地文化交流，並藉此首次導航，為未來的港台文化藝術合作開拓更廣闊的平台。 Hong Kong Week 2012 – Culture & Creativity@Taipei, Hong Kong's first endeavour to stage an array of arts performances-cum-exhibition in Taipei, will be held from 23 November to 2 December 2012 showcasing the diverse talents of the crème de la crème of Hong Kong's arts scene. It aims to promote Hong Kong's attractiveness as a cultural metropolis, strengthen collaborations between Hong Kong and Taiwan, and develop a more extensive platform for further exchange. 港台文化合作委員會在 2010 年成立， 目的是促進香港與台灣在文化藝術及創意產業方面的交流、聯繫和合作。 Established in 2010, the Hong Kong–Taiwan Cultural Co-operation Committee aims to foster exchange, liaison and co-operation between Hong Kong and Taiwan in the development of arts, culture and creative industries.
