Apart from introducing information relating to exercise and health, the exhibition also features quiz games and video-playing. The presentation is easy to understand and informative, enabling members of the public to learn about the relationship between exercise and health. |

The Physical Fitness Association of Hong Kong, China will send instructors to conduct tests for members of the public. The tests aim to assess physical fitness condition of the participants by measuring their height, weight, waistline, Body Mass Index (BMI), body fat proportion, hand grip strength, sit-and-reach flexibility, choice reaction time, etc. Recommendations on suitable exercises will also be offered to participants with a view to improving their fitness. |

Representatives of the Hong Kong Red Cross will demonstrate and elaborate on the know-how to deal with injuries suffered in the course of doing exercises and the first aid knowledge related to sports. Topics such as the first aid methods to deal with bleeding caused by a graze and fainting and explanation of the operation of various types of first aid equipment will be covered. |

Professional hiking coaches will elaborate on the safety notes on hiking, introduce the new hiking routes and display professional hiking equipment in order to encourage members of the public to get in contact with the natural environment and experience the great fun brought by hiking. |
- The East Asian Games Exhibition cum Learn and Play Corner and the Hong Kong Games Exhibition

The latest information about major sports events in Hong Kong in 2009 including the 2009 East Asian Games and the 2nd Hong Kong Games will be on display. Mascots ˇ§Donyˇ¨ and ˇ§Amiˇ¨ of the East Asian Games will turn up at the venue to have close-up contact with members of the public. The Learn and Play Corner will also be provided to enable members of the public to try their hands at some of the sports featured in the East Asian Games and to go head-to-head with athletes. |

Members of the public can learn to do simple stretching exercises without equipment or with a fitball and rubber tubing to enhance muscular training and to correct improper postures. |
