Recommended Walk Trails

What places are suitable for walking activities? First of all, you must select a safe trail, e.g. the road surface must be dry. Moreover, the trail must be in good light and free of any obstacles. Here are some recommended walk trails:

Regular walking has long term beneficial effect to our health. Apart from taking the above walk trails, you may:

  • walk instead of taking public transport for short journeys
  • get off the bus/train one or two stops earlier and walk the rest of the way
  • take part in walking activities with your friends and have fun
  • go for a walk in the morning and the evening, which may help ease pressure and stress
