Regular walking has long term beneficial effect to our health. Apart from taking the above walk trails, you may:
- walk instead of taking public transport for short journeys
- get off the bus/train one or two stops earlier and walk the rest of the way
- take part in walking activities with your friends and have fun
- go for a walk in the morning and the evening, which may help ease pressure and stress
