Introduction

Do you want to check if your weight is within the normal range? Adult can use Body Mass Index (BMI) and student can use Weight-for-Height Chart. BMI is the most commonly used method to assess whether an adult is underweight or overweight. For students, Weight-for-Height Chart can assess if their weights are proportional to the heights. If a boy is taller than 175cm and a girl is taller than 165cm,or if they have reached age 18, please use BMI to assess their weight status.
