Enrolment methods of "Exercise Appointments":
- The participant must register as a Charter signee first (please refer to "How To Join").
- Enrolment in person at any District Leisure Services Office:
- On the date of enrolment, the Charter signee should bring the completed "Enrolment form of Exercise Appointments" to any District Leisure Services Office under the LCSD to undergo enrolment formalities and collect the Admission Ticket. During enrolment, the Charter signee should produce his / her "My Exercise Diary" booklet and identification document (original or copy) for verification.
- One should queue up for enrolment in activities of the same Activity Number, and a maximum of 4 applicants are allowed for each enrolment.
- Counter service hours of District Leisure Services Offices:
Mon to Fri: 8:30am to 6:15pm Sat, Sun and Public Holidays: Closed
- Enrolment by telephone:
- The Charter signee may also enrol in the activity by calling the Leisure Link at 2927 8080. However, only one activity can be reserved by each telephone call. The Charter signee should also bring the completed "Enrolment form of Exercise Appointments" to any District Leisure Services Office and collect the Admission Ticket within three days after a reservation has been made. During enrolment, the Charter signee should produce the "My Exercise Diary" booklet and identification document (original or copy) for verification.
- Leisure Link Telephone Enrolment Service:

Other details
- The activity is free of charge but quota is limited. Enrolment is on a first-come-first-served basis and will stop once the quota is full.
- The number of enrolment in "Exercise Appointments" activities for a Charter signee is unlimited. He/She may get an attractive magnetic sticker and / or a souvenir for each attendance at the "Exercise Appointments" activities. The souvenirs will be given out while stock lasts.
- Anyone who attends the "Exercise Appointments" activities should produce respective Admission Tickets for identity verification.
