Launched in 2000, the "Healthy Exercise for All Campaign" is a major event jointly organised by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) and the Department of Health. Through a series of leisure and sports activities and publicity with the slogan "Daily exercise keeps us fit, people of all ages can do it", the Campaign aims at raising the public's awareness of the benefits of physical exercise and encouraging them to participate in sports actively so as to develop a healthy lifestyle.
"My Exercise Diary" is the theme activity of 2007, which seeks to encourage members of the public to select and participate in the sports that suit their age and physical fitness. By inviting the public to sign a charter, keep an exercise diary and participate in a series of "Exercise Appointments", we hope each participant will put words into action and develop a good habit of doing exercise regularly.
