Panel of Jurors

1.	All entry documentation and nominated projects will be examined by the Panel of Jurors comprising representatives from the Organizer and the Co-organizers, horticulturists and environmentalists.
2.	In case of inability on the part of any Juror to act, he/ she will be replaced by a person to be nominated by the Organizer.
