| 1.1 |
All information of the nominated projects have to be presented on two A2-sized boards made of lightweight material with an overall thickness of not more than 10mm. A minimum font size of 10 shall be used for the written submission on the presentation boards. The information included on these boards should be sufficient for the Jurors to make a complete assessment of the project. |

The information on the boards should contain about 300 computer typed words with at least 5 photos introducing the nominated project, such as - |
- Gross area of the project
- Building coverage
- Number of flats
- Date of construction
- Landscape area
- Greening effect
- Landscape design concept, such as general landscape layout plan
- Horticultural management arrangement, such as horticultural strategy, horticultural maintenance schedule, etc
- Special features of landscape
- Condition of the site before/after completion of project
- Significant or unusual constraints

The greening/ landscaped areas of the nominated projects should be permanent features. Removable pots/ planters would not be counted. |

The name of government department/ company (landscape company/ horticultural maintenance company/ estate management company) should not be written on the front of the presentation boards. Instead it can be put at the back of the boards solely. |

A video in CD/ DVD format of up to 60 seconds duration showing the greening features and its related infrastructure and building of nominated project should be provided. |

High resolution digital versions of photographs (3 million pixels or above) mentioned in paragraphs 1.2 above in a CD/DVD should be provided. |
| 1.7 |
General landscape layout plan mentioned in Paragraphs 1.2 above in a CD/DVD should be provided if avaliable. |
