The show's theme flower was ˇ§Cinerariaˇ¨ and its theme was ˇ§Fairy Tales of Flowersˇ¨. About 200 organisations from 21 countries showcased exotic flowers, landscape and floral art displays. They were from the Mainland, Australia, Canada, Estonia, France, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Pakistan, the Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States. A series of fringe activities were also held during the show period, including music and dance performances, floral art demonstrations, fashion shows, cooking demonstrations, green talks and fun games.

There were three competitions organised in the show; namely the Exhibit Competition, the Student Drawing Competition and the Photo Competition. The results of Exhibit Competition have been uploaded.
