Characteristics:
About 19 cm long. White hindcrown (except juveniles) and olive back. The call is noisy and less tuneful than Red-whiskered Bulbul.

Distribution:
Resident. Often seen in woodland in the countryside, urban parks and wooded areas.

Habits:
Flying in trees in small flocks. Feeds on fruits and insects.
