The applicant shall comply with all laws, enactments, ordinances, rules and regulations in force in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region for the time being and from time to time, including but not limited to health and safety regulations in workplaces, venue instruction and rules for hirers of venues, the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance (Cap.201), and the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap.486), etc.
