The Greening Hong Kong Activities Subsidy Scheme (the Scheme) is launched by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) with a view to working hand in hand with local communities in promoting the greening of the environment.

To promote a green culture in the society through activity participation; and

To encourage local bodies to organize more greening activities in promoting a greener Hong Kong.
