The extent that helps to promote a greener Hong Kong;

The number of people who will benefit from the activity;
|
| |
3.

The cost effectiveness and financial viability of the budget;
|
| |
4.
|
The feasibility of the project, organization ability and experience of the applicant in organizing the activity; and
|
| |
5.
|
The staging of similar activity during the recent past.
|
