*Concessionary rate is applicable to full-time students and elderly aged 60 or above who use the facilities during non-peak hours, i.e. from 8 am to 6 pm on weekdays and 8 am to 1 pm on Saturdays, except public holidays. Persons with disabilities and minders of persons with disabilities (limited to one minder) can enjoy the concessionary rate at all times.
