Scales of Hire Charges
For enhancement of the cultural facilities and services for our venue users, the Sai Wan Ho Civic Centre (SWHCC) is temporarily closed from 1 April 2022 onwards for the renovation and improvement project. SWHCC is expected to provide professional services for you in the first half of 2025 with a brand new look. Below information are just for references.
Basic Hire Charges

Note 1: Concessionary Rates for Non-profit Organisations Scheme is available for eligible non-profit-making organisations.
District Arts and Cultural Activities Venue Sponsorship is available for eligible non-profit-making district arts organisations.
