Rules and Regulations of the Hong Kong Stadium

  1. Spectators must comply with the Stadia Regulation and other rules and regulations stipulated by the Stadium Management;

  2. Spectators must enter the Stadium through the designated entrances and produce valid tickets or passes on entry;

  3. To ensure public safety at events held at the Stadium, especially soccer and rugby events, spectators shall not bring any plastic, glass, metal bottles or containers, and bottled or canned drinks, or any other dangerous items into the Stadium. The Stadium's security staff have the authority to inspect the personal belongings of spectators entering the Stadium;

    
  4. No entry into the pitch area is allowed unless directed by the Stadium staff;

    
  5. Throwing objects, employing foul language and behaving in a disorderly manner in the Stadium are prohibited;

    
  6. No banners, buntings, flyers or publicity materials of any kind may be displayed in the Stadium without the permission of the Stadium staff;

    
  7. No promotional materials, souvenirs and give-away items may be distributed in the Stadium without the permission of the Stadium staff;

    
  8. No video shooting and sound recording in the Stadium and no video camera and audio equipment is allowed without the permission of the Stadium staff;

    
  9. No food and beverage may be brought into the Stadium, unless with the permission of the Stadium staff upon the request of event organiser;

    
  10. For the sake of public safety, no beer and alcoholic beverage shall be brought into the seating areas of the two Upper Levels;

    
  11. All the seating areas in the Hong Kong Stadium have been designated as non-smoking areas. During the events, spectators are not permitted to smoke in the non-smoking areas; otherwise they may be removed from the Stadium or even be prosecuted. In case an event has been designated by the event organizer as a "non-smoking event", smoking will not be allowed throughout the Stadium;

    
  12. The Stadium staff have the authority to remove any person who fails to comply with the Rules and Regulations on the use of the Stadium;

    
  13. The event organizer has the authority to set new rules as required by any specific event; and

    
  14. In holding major local and international sporting events, spectators must also comply with the “Terms and Conditions of Use of Hong Kong Stadium and Mong Kok Stadium for Major Local and International Sporting Events”.  For details, please visit http://www.lcsd.gov.hk/en/rule.html.
