Temporary suspension of Mobile Library 3 and 5 services

     The services provided by Mobile Libraries 3 and 5 will be suspended for designated periods from February 17 to March 8 for routine preventive maintenance, a Leisure and Cultural Services Department spokesman announced today (February 11).

     The service points of Mobile Library 5 to be affected from February 17 to 22 are Hin Keng Estate and Kam Tai Court in Sha Tin, Kin Ming Estate and Tsui Lam Estate in Tseung Kwan O, Fu Shin Estate and Fu Heng Estate in Tai Po, Bayview Garden in Tsuen Wan and Tai Wo Hau Estate in Kwai Chung. For enquiries about Mobile Library 5 services, please call 2696 5842.

     The service points of Mobile Library 3 to be affected from February 24 to March 8 are Prime View Garden, Siu Hong Court, Leung King Estate, Shan King Estate, Sam Shing Estate and Fu Tai Estate in Tuen Mun; Tin Yiu Estate and Tin Ching Estate in Tin Shui Wai; and Sheung Tsuen Park, Wang Chau, Kam Tin, San Tin and Fairview Park in Yuen Long. For enquiries, please call 2450 1857.

     People are welcome to use other public libraries during the service suspension periods. They may also renew library materials by telephoning 2698 0002 or 2827 2833, or via the Internet at www.hkpl.gov.hk/english/catalogues/catalogues_rbr/catalogues_rbr.html .
