• 1 international standard 50-metre main pool (with heated-pool facilities, it can be opened in winter)
• 1 secondary pool
• 1 diving pool
• 2 teaching pools
• 1 training pool
• 1 leisure pool
• 1 Children's pool
• Changing rooms and toilets
• First Aid room
• Passage for the disabled
• 1 spectator stand with 800 seats for audience of swimming competitions and water galas

• 1 multi-purposes arena that can be converted into 2 basketball courts, 2 volleyball courts or 8 badminton courts
• 1 spectator stand for 200 people

• 1 room for either table tennis or squash
