All hard-surface pitches in the recreation grounds in the New Territories such as basketball courts, volleyball courts, mini-soccer pitches, etc. are open to the public from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm and available for booking on an hourly basis.

During unbooked hours, these facilities are open to the general public for casual use.
