Quality Services for Quality Life
Welcome to the website of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD).

LCSD's aim is to provide quality leisure and cultural services for enriching the life of our community. Apart from running a wide range of well-equipped leisure and cultural facilities, we organise diversified recreational activities and cultural programmes to enhance public interest in the arts, culture and sports. We also make vigorous efforts to promote development of the arts and sports, preserve cultural heritage and beautify the environment, with the objective of making Hong Kong a truly world-class city and events capital.

This website gives an overview of our organisation, our vision and mission, as well as our services and facilities. It disseminates the latest information on the activities and programmes that we organise. We hope that it will enable you to have a better understanding of our work, and serve as your guide to what we provide for your enjoyment. Various electronic services are also available here for your convenience in booking our venues, buying tickets for our cultural presentations, accessing our library databases, etc.

Should you have any suggestions on how this website and our services could be improved to serve you better, please do not hesitate to let us know.

    Happy surfing!
