These are in addition to the Hong Kong, Guangdong and Macau Sports Exchange and Co-operation Agreement signed on December 29, 2003. The new signings in 2004 are:

(iii)  The Hong Kong and the General-office of Culture, Radio, TV, Publication and Sports of Hainan Province Sports Exchange and Co-operation Programme Memorandum (November 15).
The governments have set up a liaison group to plan and implement the joint programmes.
