The story of marriage is also one of jealousy and trust. Newlyweds Ting Ying and Woo Fung are neighbours to Wu (Cheung Yee) and his wife of seven years (Helena Law Lan). To land a job as the manager's secretary at Wu's office, Ting must keep her marital status under wraps. But she is not the only liar. Wu has been keeping a mistress and a son behind his wife's back long before the seven-year itch hit. Needless to say, secrets are meant to be shared – at least with the audience– and they're discovered by the characters themselves under the most unlikely of circumstances.
