Where political power play is in force, all human beings – be they virtuous or evil to the utmost degree – cannot but bow to its engineering.
The time is now. A photographer and a writer meet. There is a strange mutual attraction, which leads to an unknown future …
The time is in the past. In an ancient land, there was a certain story, about a certain princess, of a certain dynasty. The rise and fall of the dynasty marked the sufferings and the hopes of its people, the power struggle at court, and human nature that would never be lost in the track of time. Its demise somehow evolved into a legend, inexplicable and strange as it seemed. For such an end, one could not but wonder: was it an elusive dream like the mirages? Or was it the inevitable path that any social reality must travel? Only time will tell.
This is a story about a photographer and a writer.
This is a story about a princess, a general and a king.
