Camp Places Available

Enrollment method of telephone booking for remaining camp places

Unfilled camp places after balloting will be open for booking by members of the public through telephone on a "first-come-first-served" basis. Members of the public may check the remaining camp places available at respective holiday camps / centre through the website of "Free Admission Scheme of LCSD leisure facilities", and apply the remaining camp places of each day within the respective month (for example, the remaining residential camp places, day camp places or evening camp places of each day within July 2008 will be open for booking by the public on 15 June 2008) on a first-come-first served basis. Each applicant may make a telephone call to apply one session of the facilities at any one holiday camp / Chong Hing Water Sports Centre’s campsite each day. One session refers to one day for day and evening camps of holiday camps, and two days and one night for residential camp of holiday camps and tent camp of the Chong Hing Water Sports Centre. If applicant would like to apply more than one session, he / she should make a new telephone call to the respective holiday camp / centre.

Successful applicants of telephone bookings should submit the completed booking forms to the respective holiday camps / Chong Hing Water Sports Centre by fax or by post within three days after the booking. Applicants are also required to fill the allotted booking numbers given by our staff during they made the telephone bookings at the box of "Receipt No." at the right corner of the booking form. Respective holiday camps / centre will send the notification letter and the "Notes to Campers" to the applicants afterwards.
