Persons paying concessionary rate may be requested by our pool staff who are on duty at the gate of the pool (including contractor staff) to produce a valid identity document, such as Registration Card for Persons with Disabilities, full-time student I.D. Card/handbook bearing a photograph of the student and Hong Kong identity card, for verification of eligibility before entering public swimming pools |

Children under 12 years old are not allowed to enter or use the swimming pool unless accompanied by adults |

Full-time students are requested to produce a valid full-time student I.D. Card/handbook bearing a photograph of the student. Personalised Octopus with "Student Status" is not accepted. If the validity period is not specified on the full-time student identity card, the pool staff on duty reserve the right to request the student concerned to provide other evidence to prove his/her student status |

Toddlers below the age of 3 and accompanied by an adult are admitted free of charge to public swimming pools if:
1. a valid document indicating the age of the toddlers can be produced before admission; or
2. they are at or below the height of 0.96 metre |
