- Pre-booked visits and family programmes for kindergarten, primary school, special school, child centre, elderly centre and similar organizations along the lines will be cancelled when:
- Typhoon Signal No.3 or above is hoisted within 3 hours prior to the programme; or
- Red/Black Rainstorm Warning is issued.
- Other indoor programmes will be cancelled when:
- Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted within 3 hours prior to the programme; or
- Black Rainstorm Warning is issued.
- All outdoor programmes will be cancelled when:
- Typhoon Signal No.3 or above is hoisted within 3 hours prior to the programme; or
- Red/Black Rainstorm Warning is issued.
- Programmes already in progress: When Red/Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No.3 is issued, those indoor programmes in progress will continue, while outdoor programmes will be cancelled immediately.
