Boarding Rules and Notices to Visitors

  1. Free admission with ticket for boarding the ship for guided tour. One person per ticket regardless of age.
  2. Visitors have to abide by the boarding rules and other regulations of the ship management.
  3. Visitors need to arrive at the Boarding Reception Counter for Yuanwang-6 Space Tracking Ship on Level 2 of the Ocean Terminal 15 minutes before the specified date and time on the ticket. The ticket is invalid for other dates and time.
  4. Tickets are valid only with stubs.
  5. Distributed tickets cannot be exchanged for another session.
  6. Visitors may be refused admission if any details on the ticket have been altered or if the ticket is damaged.
  7. Due to steep stairs and narrow passageways, visitors please pay extra attention and wear suitable clothes and shoes. To avoid injury, please do not wear slippers or high-heeled shoes.
  8. For public order and safety, visitors shall go through security check before boarding. Please be patient as this will take time.
  9. Visitors should follow the instructions of the admission and ship personnel and follow the designated path for the visit.
  10. For public order and safety, visitors are not allowed to:
    • bring food, drinks, glassware, articles which may post a danger, any kind of article which can be used as weapon, which can be offensive, harmful or are destructive to the ship facilities or disruptive to the smooth running of the visit;
    • conduct any activities which may hinder the smooth running of the visit or disturb other visitors;
    • record, take photo or video on the ship without authorization or for non-private use;
    • touch or move any equipment and facilities on the ship;
    • display, sell, hire or distribute any publications, publicity materials, souvenirs or audio-visual materials;
    • litter or smoke; and
    • bring backpack, carrier bags or other bulky belongings. No items exceeding the size of 56cm x 36cm x 23cm (or 22 inches x 14 inches x 9 inches) can be brought on the ship.
  11. Visitors who violate the boarding rules will not be admitted or will be removed from the ship.
  12. The opening hours of the visit may be affected by weather. Please pay attention to public announcement or call at 2732 3232 for enquiry. In case of inclement weather including heavy rain or hoisting of typhoon signal no. 3 or above, the visit will be cancelled without replacement.
