HIA Report
In accordance with the Technical Circular (Works) No. 6/2009 “Heritage Impact Assessment Mechanism for Capital Works Projects” as promulgated by the Development Bureau, a Heritage Impact Assessment will be required for new capital works projects in the project planning stage. Mitigation measures should be devised and the public should be engaged.
