"Growing Up With Public Housing" Thematic Exhibition Docent Services

Through the docent service, participants can recall the development of Hong Kong public housing for the past 60 years, understand the changes in building design and management, and reminisce on the experience of growing up in public housing estates.

Docent Service for Registered Schools, Charitable and Non-profit-making Organizations

We will provide free docent service for local registered schools, charitable and non-profit-making organizations between 19 October 2013 and 28 February 2014. The minimum number of visitors for each session is 15 while the maximum number is 30.

Docent Service for Public

Date: From 19 October 2013 to 2 March 2014.
Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays
(Except the first 2 days of the Chinese New Year.)
Time: 11 a.m. – 12 noon and 3:30 – 4:30 p.m.
Venue: Thematic Exhibition Gallery,
Hong Kong Heritage Discovery Centre.
Quota: 30 persons per tour
Tutor: Docent of the Antiquities and Monuments Office
Language: Cantonese
Fee: Free admission
Enrolment: No enrolment required. First come, first served.
