Guided Tour Services
Public Guided Tours for "The Hong Kong Story"

Our docents will guide you through the tours to grasp the gallery highlights of "The Hong Kong Story". Each tour lasts for 1.5 hours and admits 30 persons on a first come, first served basis. Please wait at the "Docent Stop" according to the following schedule after admission:

English Guided Tours

Our docents will guide you through the galleries on G/F and 2/F. Please wait at the "Docent Stop" at the entrance of Gallery 1 on G/F at the following time:

Date: Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays
Starting Time: 10:30 am & 2:30 pm

Guided Tours for Special Exhibition

Free guided tour service will be arranged for different special exhibitions. Please check the notice inside the Special Exhibition Gallery.

Guided Tour Services for Group Visits

To enhance visitors' understanding of exhibitions and enjoyment of visiting the Museum, guided tour services will be arranged for schools, registered charitable or non-profit-making organizations upon request. Please make the reservation while arranging the application for Group Visits.

Our docents will guide the group visitors in one of the suggested routes (about 1.5 hours), which are tailored made to suit the visiting schedule of visiting groups. The optimum number of visitors for a guided tour is 20. Teachers and group leaders are welcome to come up with your own route that most suit your theme of visit. Please contact the Education Activities Unit for any assistance.
