Land Transport Corps private's hanger, 1870s Accession No.: E73.16 Length: 24 cm Remarks: This Romanesque-type Infantry sword, known as hanger, belonged to a private of the Land Transport Corps stationed in the New Territories in 1870s. It was unearthed in Lau Fau Shan in 1973.

	Sword belonged to Admiral Sir W M Dowell Accession No.: E97.1050 Length: 95 cm Width: 10 cm Remarks: Dowell was the Commander-in-Chief of the British Naval Forces on the China Station from 1884 to 1885.
