In order to enhance the appreciation level of students and visitors, we have specially trained a group of museum docents to give free guided tours to the Flagstaff House Museum of Tea Ware for schools, registered charitable organisations and registered non-profit-making organisations. Each tour lasts for 45 minutes to 1 hour, and each group allows 15 to 25 participants. You are welcome to choose one or two of the following exhibitions for viewing:

1. Special Exhibition
2. Chinese Tea Drinking
3. Chinese Ceramics and Seals Donated by the K.S. Lo Foundation

Applicant should make a telephone booking with Ms Lee at 2849 9604 or Ms Lam at 2849 9601 first (tour booking requires at least 3 weeks but not more than 3 months in advance), and deliver the completed application form together with the certified copy of the supporting documents (applicable to registered charitable organisation and non-profit making institution) to Ms Lee / Ms Lam within one week after the telephone booking, otherwise the booking will be cancelled automatically. Applicant may send the application form by fax to 2810 0021 or by mail to the Assistant Curator, Flagstaff House Museum of Tea Ware, 10 Cotton Tree Drive, Central, Hong Kong and marked "Docent Booking" on the envelope.
