"Gems of Yixing Tea Wares from the Nanjing Museums" Associated Lecture

To coincide with the "Gems of Yixing Tea Ware from the Nanjing Museums", we have invited specialists and scholars to share with you their experience on the appreciation of purple clay tea ware. They will also introduce how Dr K.S. Lo promoted the art of purple clay through donating his whole life collection and conducive to the establishment of the Flagstaff House Museum of Tea Ware.

Special Programme for International Museum Day 2014, Hong Kong
 
"Tea Ware by Hong Kong Potters" Sharing by Successive Award Winners (Cantonese)
 
The Flagstaff House Museum of Tea Ware has organised nine "Tea Ware by Hong Kong Potters" competitions since 1986. The award-winning tea wares of each exhibition were exceptional. This year's International Museum Day, the first award winners from different years will come to share with you the stories of their creation. Reviewing their works, we can trace the tea ware development in the past years.
