Parks are designed for both rest and recreation. To embellish and enliven these large spaces, the Leisure and Cultural Services Department has rolled out the Park Déco Scheme ¡V the launch ceremony was held on 12 May ¡V that will allow the public to relax in the open air and enjoy art at the same time. Taking the concept of an "Oasis along the Seashore" as its theme, the scheme has seen the installation of a series of newly designed signposts and boards and three specially commissioned art benches ¡V "Assembled Topology" located at the park's Lei King Wan entrance, "Musical Chair" at the entrance in the arc-shaped piazza and "Branches" along the shoreline.

The launch of Park Déco brings a new look to Quarry Bay Park, where unexpected creativity is just waiting for you to discover!
